As an enthusiastic champion of effective business strategies, and quality systems for business management, Andrew has driven a wide variety of projects; building a strong track record of delivering practical results, and bringing peace of mind for his fellow business leaders. 

He has a broad and varied experience in developing frameworks for effective operations, meeting business & regulatory needs from an industry perspective. Creative management techniques & problem solving skills enable him to identify core problems underlying superficial symptoms, and develop ideas into practical projects which deliver effective results. 

Andrew is a keen supporter of continuing personal development and takes every opportunity for coaching team members, so that they gain maximum benefit from involvement in occasional projects. 

As an independent consultant Andrew brings his varied expertise to a wider audience. He has thirty five years experience in the Guernsey financial services sector; as a Partner in Chartered Accountancy practices and most recently as International Operations & Compliance Director in captive insurance management. He has been an executive board member of various licensed insurance companies and brokers, including PCCs, ICCs, and ICs. 

Andrew has a BSc in Management and Administration from the University of Aston in Birmingham, a Masters in Business Administration from the Open University, and is a Chartered Accountant.
